At Miss Rosier, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
